Hey everyone, welcome back. This is yet another page that felt like it took an eternity, good old fight scenes, I enjoy drawing them but man they take a while to plan out properly. At least now that Drew’s taking martial arts I can get some pointers from time to time. 🙂
Things really aren’t looking good for Grey, but he’s a resourceful guy so there may be eventually be hope for him yet, even if it doesn’t seem like it right now.
That’s pretty much all I’ve got today. I’ve still been struggling with symptoms (even more so now that the weather is reaching 37c outside) and my insomnia has continued to act up which has been messing with my overall productivity. I’ve been trying to implement more healthy habits and while that seems to be helping, but I still get knocked down with fatigue during these warmer months.
Thank you as always for your patience and support, I know I repeat that a lot but it means a lot to both Drew and myself.
STATUS UPDATE: Jun 13th
Hey guys, unfortunately I wasn’t able to get page 396 ready for today. It’s one hell of a challenging page (probably one of the hardest I’ve done in recent memory) and I completely underestimated the time it would take me to finish. For reference, the lineart alone took around 9 hours. I’ve also been feeling pretty crummy due to the warmer weather so I’m also thinking that’s a factor in why it’s taking me so long. I will definitely have it ready for next Weds and hopefully I can return to updating every other week from there.
